notary public

I’m a notary public in Kentucky. That means I swore an oath to uphold the state constitution—and that I’d never participated in a duel with deadly weapons—so I can witness, sign, and seal:

  • Acknowledgments (you are who you say you are and you’re not signing anything under duress)

  • Jurats (you are who you say you are and you swear that the information in a document is true)

I decided to become a notary based on my own experience after my parents’ deaths; bureaucracy is a pain, especially when you’re grieving and stressed out. If you’re in the Louisville area and you need something notarized, drop me a line. I promise to treat you with compassion and explain everything I’m doing.
